We charge a placement fee of Kshs. 6,000/-. This cost will cover transportation of your matched domestic manager to your home/ property. It also covers their first NHIF payment. This cost will also cover you in the event you need a replacement within 3 months. This is subject to our terms and conditions.
We ensure that each candidate in our database has provided the necessary documents that are then verified. We also conduct a thorough background check to ensure we are able to trace our candidates in case there is an unfortunate event. In addition, we conduct a comprehensive interview to verify the candidates skills. This process includes a demonstration in our show house that will be shared with you in order to ensure that you have selected a qualified professional. This is subject to our terms and conditions.
We shall begin our dispute process outlined in our terms and conditions after which we shall then take the necessary steps to ensure that both you and the candidate are ok.
We have an office on Laxmi Plaza, 3rd Floor, along Biashara Street in Nairobi CBD. You are welcome to visit any time between 8am to 5pm on Mondays to Saturdays.
